Welcome to the team at Fjällrestaurangen!
Here, you'll be preparing and cooking dishes from our à la carte menu as part of a small team of 2–3 chefs each evening. You'll be working either the cold or hot station, depending on the shift. Our food style is rooted in classic cooking with a high level of familiarity and guest recognition. The position primarily involves evening shifts, giving you plenty of free time during the day to explore the beautiful mountain landscape and enjoy everything this amazing area has to offer.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a few years of experience working in à la carte service. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and have some knowledge of food and wine. Most importantly, you’re a great person who values working hard and takes pride in what you do — because we do too!
You're also part of a bigger picture, where teamwork is essential and every role matters. That means being a team player and staying flexible in your work.
The position is 75% employment, running from mid-July to the end of September.
